  • 重要说明

1.整个伴武动作的前半段由我(尹梦如)设计;后半段由snowhawkyrf和我共同设计。
2.因舞台空间小,设计动作时没有加入蹿、撤的大步伐;对于此套动作来说,2mX3m的空间(前后2m,左右3m)足矣。
3.整套动作在一天之内设计完成,因时间仓促,虽然考虑了起落缓急等原则,但并不是很完美;有些动作的衔接比较生硬。
4.此套动作糅合了武术基本动作、梅花桩中的动作以及三路长拳中的动作;所以这套动作——没有名字。

  • 动作流程

起势:出列——抱拳礼。
第一小节:抱拳礼——轮臂拍击——立臂独立(注一)——弓步冲拳——抽撤步双拳贯耳——布斗(注二)——旋风脚——坐盘(或歇步)(注三)。(注四)
第二小节:坐盘——左脚震地独立砸拳——一字式弓步冲拳——抽撤步弹踢——十字式弓步冲拳——磨盘步——虚步立臂——穿掌独立——推掌侧踹——腾空外摆莲——扣腿平衡(注五)。(注六)
第三小节:扣腿平衡——正踢腿——换脚架掌冲拳——两摆——跳步转身摆臂——倒插步反臂锤——跳步三拳(注七)——拗势(注八)——拗势变小势——小势(注九)——两个悬空里合腿拍击——仆步立臂——转身虚步推掌(注十)。
第四小节:腾空飞脚——旋风脚——马步曲臂——倒插步左顶肘(注十一)——双扑掌(即:仆步抡拍)——立臂独立(注十二)。
收势:划圆腋窝下穿掌(注十三)——腹前收拳(注十四)——抱拳礼(注十五)——下场。
